YELLOW LAB PUPPIESWhen you purchase a labrador retriever or puppy from Xtreme Outdoor Gundogs, we believe that you should get what you pay for. We strive to get you a retriever that you can take around your friends and be proud of. We also work with you long after the purchase to ensure that you get what you are looking for in a hunting labrador retriever.

Xtreme Outdoor Gundogs only breed top bloodlines with extensive history in pedigree, free of hereditary disorders and never anticipate any health problems. However, it is impossible for any breeder to guarantee that your new puppy will be free of hereditary disorders so we have come up with what we call our “Comfort Guarantee”. This is our way standing behind our puppies and giving our customers exactly what they deserve "Honesty".

We encourage and allow you 7 days from the delivery date of your puppy to have your veterinarian examine your puppy for any health problems. The Seller requires a 50% per puppy deposit to reserve a puppy. All deposits are non-refundable UNLESS (a) the above named Sire & Dam do not whelp a puppy or (b) the color or sex of the Buyer’s choice is not available. The balance of the purchase price and all other money owed including health certificate, crate and Delivery fee is due when the puppy reaches 4 weeks of age. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the forfeit of your deposit and the puppy will be sold to another buyer.

IDENTIFICATION
Your retriever must be microchiped for proper identification within seven(14) days after the purchase of your puppy and a copy of the microchip ID# form must be faxed or E-mail to us within two(2) weeks in order for us to honor your guarantee. (However, Upon Request, We can microchip for you before you pick up your puppy and furnish you with all of the correct paperwork at settlement).

OUR 26 MONTH HIP DISPLAYSIA GUARANTEE
The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals only certifies labrador retrievers that have reached the age of 2. Only after age 2 can they accurately evaluate any genetic hip defects. Therefore, we extend the guarantee to 26 months of age in reference to Hip Displaysia and guarantee your puppy free of Hip Displaysia as long as you have your retriever tested before the 26th month is up. For this guarantee to be honored, the dog must be x-rayed by a board certified veterinarian radiologist and evaluated by the OFA by 26 months of age. The retrievers Hips Must Fail or Be Rejected by the OFA to Receive this Guarantee.

OUR CERF GUARANTEE BEFORE 12 MONTHS
Our puppy's eyes are guaranteed certifiable free and clear from congenital problems. Diagnosis must be made by a board certified canine ophthalmologist by 12 months of age. Canine Eye Registry Foundation (CERF) must reject eyes to receive our Guarantee.

If a hereditary problem were to occur, documentation must be provided to us within 14 days with a written statement and copy of the report from your veterinarian describing the problem found with the puppy. You will then receive a full refund of the original purchase price or your choice of new pick from another litter (shipping and other expenses are not considered a part of the guarantee).

RULES FOR GUARANTEE
• The retriever cannot have ever been bred.
• The retriever cannot have been spayed or neutered.
• The retriever cannot have or have had any physical injury internally or externally.
• The retriever cannot have had any kind of mistreatment.
• This guarantee must be in the original owners name and is NON-TRANSFERABLE to new owners if the retriever is sold or traded.
• A letter is required from your veterinarian identifying your dogs identification and stating that the retriever has been spayed or neutered.
• We require the original AKC registration certificate, with the retrievers ownership signed back to us.
